How do I get my tickets?

  1. Mobile – Free: your phone's your ticket. Locate your tickets in your account - or in your app. When you go mobile, your tickets will not be emailed to you or available for print;
  2. Mail - $5.00: your tickets will be delivered by regular mail and should arrive within 14 business days after purchase date;
  3. Will Call – $5.00$: tickets held at Will Call can only be retrieved by the cardholder with original credit card of purchase and a valid photo ID.

At the Théâtre du Casino du Lac-Leamy box office, located on your left at the entrance to the Casino. The Théâtre box office accepts the following payment methods :

Counter service schedule:

Tuesday to Saturday: noon to 5 p.m., or until half an hour after the last show of the day begins.

Sundays, Mondays and public holidays: variable, depending on show schedule. Counter service closed if there is no show.
