Elegant and well-appointed, this reception room is ideal for meetings in a cozy atmosphere. An exclusive gaming table and dealer services may be requested. Room capacity: 22 persons. Rates and menus upon request.
Théâtre du Casino
The Théâtre du Casino can be adapted to hold major events or more intimate receptions. It’s ideal for shows, fund-raisers or galas. State-of-the-art audio and video equipment and original design ensure professional-quality recordings. Room capacity: 1,100 persons in a theatre arrangement or 770 persons in a cabaret version.

A selection of banquet menus is available to suit every taste. A courteous, professional and friendly team will be at your service to guarantee the success of your event.

Menu Selection
We will be pleased to provide menus that meet your guests' dietary restrictions (vegetarian meals, allergy issues etc.). If this service is required, please inform our personnel one week prior to your event.
The Hilton Lac-Leamy is the exclusive provider of food and beverages. Menu choices and relevant information must be confirmed to the Convention and Banquet Coordinator one month before the date of the event. Prices listed are subject to change and do not include taxes or gratuities.
Please note that it is forbidden to take away leftovers or beverages from the Hotel.

Deposits and Payments
A deposit equal to 10% of the estimated cost (minimum $500.00) is required upon confirmation of a reservation. Full payment is required one week before the event.

Carbon Neutral Package
You can choose to manage your event by offsetting the greenhouse gas emissions from transportation. This package includes:
- Compilation of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions
- Compensation of GHG emissions
- Certificate of compensation for GHG emissions for your event
Zero Waste Package
All events generate products, materials, packaging and food, also known as residual materials. We recycle plastic, glass, metal, paper and cardboard and we also offer composting. This package includes:
- Installation of additional multirecycling stations
- Weighing of residual materials generated before, during and after your event
- Compilation and presentation of results in a personalized report
- Disposal of atypical residual materials such as batteries, cardboard boxes and packages materials
Locavore Package
Our chefs select the finest local ingredients to introduce you to new flavours while supporting local producers. All dishes for your coffee break, hearty meal or cocktail buffet are prepared with:
- Seasonal ingredients
- Ingredients supplied from local farms
- Organic or fair-trade products

Any food left after the event will be donated through La Tablée des Chefs to our regional food bank Moisson Outaouais.
To accompany your meals or cocktail reception, our sommelier has recommended a selection of agrobiological wines. As a bonus, one of our chefs can personally present the menu to participants.
All Inclusive Package
Combine all three packages at a lower cost!
Your event will meet the Bureau de normalisation du Québec's Level 1 responsible event management standard (BNQ 9700-253) and you will benefit from a 15% reduction on the combined price for all three packages.
