Changes to our hours

We’ve made changes to our hours so that our establishment can be thoroughly disinfected every day:

Monday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 4 a.m.

Please note that we will not be accepting new visitors after midnight. Only customers who are already at the casino will be allowed to stay.

Admission

Access to the Casino is restricted to persons 18 years of age and older. Visitors appearing to be under age 25 will be requested to present a piece of government-issued photo ID.

Image - Physical impairment The Casino du Lac-Leamy is adapted to the needs of patrons with a physical impairment.
 

Image - Partially Adapted Classified "Partially Adapted" by Kéroul, the Casino has wheelchairs available for clients.
 

Image - Accessible The Hilton Lac-Leamy hotel is certified "Accessible", with specially adapted rooms for persons with limited mobility, or who are hearing or visually impaired.

 

Security

The Casino du Lac-Leamy is equipped with highly sophisticated security and surveillance systems, and security personnel are strategically posted both inside and outside the facility.

 

Collecting Your Winnings

Game winnings are paid out in full and are non-taxable.

 

Dress code

Customers must be appropriately dressed. Any clothing depicting violence or associated with any recognized violent group is prohibited.

 

Information about the region

The National Capital region offers many museums, numerous outdoor activities and the most eminent Canadian political institutions.

Free WIFI

Stay connected thanks to our FREE WIFI network. This service is offered in all our establishments, including the Hilton Lac-Leamy.

 

Parking and valet

Our valet parking service has been suspended until further notice.

 

Banking Services and Currency Exchange

Our casino doesn’t have a bank counter, but you can do the following via our cash desk:

  • Exchange foreign currency (US dollars and Euros)
  • Make bank withdrawals

 

Our casino also has terminals from which you can:

  • Make bank withdrawals
  • Cash your slot machine tickets
  • Redeem your Privilèges Points

 

Coat check

Gradual resumption of activities: Our coat-check is closed right now.

 

Wheelchair Service

Wheelchairs are available free of charge to clients during their visit. These can be obtained at the main cloakroom located on Level 1, with proof of identity. We do not accept wheelchair reservations and cannot guarantee availability.

The hotel offers a wide range of services and amenities.

Please speak with the concierge for more information on the services we currently offer.

 

Lost and Found Policy

Items that are not considered "valuables" (e.g. baseball caps, umbrellas, lighters, etc.) will be held at our facilities for 60 days. Valuables (e.g. jewellery, watches, laptops, cell phones, wallets, etc.) will be held for about a year. Staff members will determine the found items' value to the best of their ability.

To report a lost item, please go to the security desk.

Found items that have not been claimed by the abovementioned deadlines will be given to a non-profit organization.

The establishment does not assume responsibility for lost or damaged items.

Claiming your lottery prize at a casino or gaming hall is not possible right now.
