How do I get my tickets?
- Mobile – Free: your phone's your ticket. Locate your tickets in your account - or in your app. When you go mobile, your tickets will not be emailed to you or available for print;
- Mail - $5.00: your tickets will be delivered by regular mail and should arrive within 14 business days after purchase date;
- Will Call – $5.00$: tickets held at Will Call can only be retrieved by the cardholder with original credit card of purchase and a valid photo ID.

At the Cabaret du Casino de Montréal box office, located on the Promenade Level of the Pavillon du Québec.
From Tuesday to Saturday: 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., or until half an hour after the last show of the day begins.
Sundays, Mondays and public holidays: variable, depending on show schedule. Counter service closed if there is no show.
The box office accepts the following payment methods:

Cash payments are no longer accepted
Special note: The Cabaret du Casino de Montréal is accessible to people 18 +.
An original ID card is required at the entrance of the Casino. (Electronic copies are not accepted)
Dinner & Show Package
Kick off your evening with a delicious dinner at Pavillon 67. Book a table and treat your taste buds!
How to book a Dinner & Show package:
- Select the show you’d like to see.
- Click on “Find tickets” and select seats in floor rows A, B, C or AA, BB, CC or DD to book a Dinner & Show package.
- Select “Dinner at Pavillon 67 & Show.”
- Click “Add,” then “Next,” and proceed to checkout.
Please note that you must present your ticket at both the restaurant and the performance hall.
You must arrive at the restaurant at 5 pm. Your table will be held for 15 minutes.
The Dinner & Show package is valid only at the selected restaurant, on the selected date. No refunds or postponements will be granted.

Coat check is temporarily closed. Please note that backpacks, umbrellas and motorcycle helmets are prohibited indoors.
Access to Cabaret du Casino is restricted to patrons 18 and over. Proof of age may be requested.
Accessibility
A maximum of eight persons in wheelchairs per show can be accommodated in the hall, in the orchestra section only. Please let us know at the time of ticket purchase. A system for the hearing impaired is also available upon request at the reception desk. For people who bring their own device, the frequency is 216 MHz.
