Access to the Casino’s Cabaret is restricted to patrons 18 and over. Proof of age may be requested. Latecomers will be admitted to the hall during a break.

How do I get my tickets?
Get your tickets in one of three ways:
1. Pick up your tickets directly at the Cabaret box office on the day of the show. See the opening hours of the box office.
2. Print your tickets or save them on your smartphone and present them at the door on the evening of the show.
3. Get your tickets by mail by paying a $3.50 charge for your entire order. Please allow 14 days for ticket delivery.

At the Casino de Montréal box office, located on the Promenade Level of the Pavillon du Québec. Accepted methods of payment: cash or Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card.
A service charge of $10.50 will be applied on box office purchases (by telephone or in person) and online purchases for evening shows and $5.50 for matinée shows.
Box office opening hours
Tuesday to Thursday, from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Friday and Saturday, from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The box office opens one hour before the event in addition to the days and times indicated above.
Exchanges and refunds
Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged, unless the show is cancelled. In the event the show is postponed to a date that is not convenient for you, you must ask for a refund at least 14 days before the new date of the show. Afterwards, no refund will be given.

Free Casino parking and coat check
A maximum of eight persons in wheelchairs per show can be accommodated in the hall, in the orchestra section only. Please let us know at the time of ticket purchase. A system for the hearing impaired is also available upon request at the reception desk. For people who bring their own device, the frequency is 216 MHz.
