Changes to our hours
We’ve made changes to our hours so that our establishment can be thoroughly disinfected every day:
Monday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to midnight.
Admission
Admission is restricted to patrons 18 and over, including the restaurants.
Access to the Casino is restricted to persons 18 years of age and older. Visitors appearing to be under age 25 will be requested to present a piece of government-issued photo ID.
Security
The Casino de Montréal is equipped with highly sophisticated security and surveillance systems, and security personnel are strategically posted both inside and outside the facility.
Collecting your Winnings
Game winnings are paid out in full and are non-taxable.
Dress code
Customers must be appropriately dressed. Any clothing depicting violence or associated with any recognized violent group is prohibited.

La Boutique
Gradual resumption of activities: The boutique is closed right now.
La Boutique sells casual apparel for men and women, regional and imported foodstuffs, jewellery, watches, sunglasses, perfumes, household and electronic goods and much more, including an assortment of candy and lottery tickets.
La Boutique opening hours:
Noon to 11 p.m. from Sunday to Thursday
Noon to 1 a.m. Friday and Saturday
- La Boutique is located on Level A of the Pavillon de la France.
- Gift certificates can be purchased in denominations of $10, $15, $25, $50 and $100. They may be used in any of the restaurants, bars or shops located in Québec's casinos. Gift certificates are on sale in La Boutique starting at noon. They may also be purchased using a credit card by calling 514‑392‑0909, ext. 3405, from Tuesday to Saturday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
- Exchange and refund policy: within 10 days of purchase upon presentation of original invoice. Does not apply to lotteries and candy. Please note that refunds will not be made for purchases made with comps.

Gift Chips
Gradual resumption of activities: We are not offering gift chips right now.
The Casino sells gift chips in denominations of $5, $10, $25 and $100. Gift chips can be purchased from the Casino's cashiers only.
Banking and Foreign Currency Services
Our casino doesn’t have a bank counter, but you can do the following via our cash desk:
- Exchange foreign currency (US dollars and Euros)
- Make bank withdrawals
Our casino also has terminals from which you can:
- Make bank withdrawals
- Cash your slot machine tickets
- Redeem your Privilèges Points

Wheelchair Service
Wheelchairs are available free of charge to clients during their visit. These can be obtained at any of the cloakrooms. We do not accept wheelchair reservations and cannot guarantee availability.
Lost and Found Policy
Items that are not considered "valuables" (e.g. baseball caps, umbrellas, lighters, etc.) will be held at our facilities for 60 days. Valuables (e.g. jewellery, watches, laptops, cell phones, wallets, etc.) will be held for about a year. Staff members will determine the found items' value to the best of their ability.
To report a lost item, please go to the security desk.
Found items that have not been claimed by the abovementioned deadlines will be given to a non-profit organization.
The establishment does not assume responsibility for lost or damaged items.
Claiming your lottery prize at a casino or gaming hall is not possible right now.
