Lost and Found Policy
Items that are not considered "valuables" (e.g. baseball caps, umbrellas, lighters, etc.) will be held at our facilities for 60 days. Valuables (e.g. jewellery, watches, laptops, cell phones, wallets, etc.) will be held for about a year. Staff members will determine the found items' value to the best of their ability.
To report a lost item, please go to the security desk.
Found items that have not been claimed by the abovementioned deadlines will be given to a non-profit organization.
The establishment does not assume responsibility for lost or damaged items.

Claiming a lottery prize at a casino or gaming hall
Our gaming locations are currently closed, including for the payout of lottery prizes. Our Montréal and Quebec City prize claim offices are still open, but by appointment only.
For the time being, the best way to claim a prize is by mail (the address is on the back of your ticket).
You can also claim prizes amounting to $600 or less at a retailer.
To make an appointment with a prize claim office, you have to call our customer service team at 1-866-611-5686 (Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.).
