From the magnificent view of the mountain to dish presentation, treat your eyes at this chic restaurant lounge. The modern décor and five-course discovery menu will make your rendez-vous memorable. Each dish is a work of art and delivers on the chef’s creativity. Close by is the lounge area where you can discover new artists every Saturday evening.

In the summer, sit on the terrace to savour seafood and grill dishes in the naturally enchanting décor.

Sundays, start off the day in style with a copious brunch and high dose of daylight.

Dominic Giroux

Chef at Altitude

Chef at Altitude since November 2018, Dominic Giroux brings finesse and refinement to the Laurentians’ culinary scene.

A 2012 culinary arts graduate of La Cité, Dominic worked at Altitude for three years before joining the Bearfoot Bistro team in Whistler, where he gained valuable experience in the world of fine dining. From 2016 to March 2018, he helped get L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon up and running at the Casino de Montréal. Dominic was recently awarded the People’s Choice Award at the 2018 S.Pellegrino Young Chef Competition.

His mission? To put a modern spin on Québec classics through the use of local ingredients and by aligning them with today’s culinary trends.
