Coat checks

• The coat check is open.
• Backpacks, motorcycle helmets, umbrellas and other similar personal belongings are prohibited at the casino.
• The Casino de Mont-Tremblant cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items.

Security

• Access to the Casino de Mont-Tremblant is restricted to persons 18 years or older. Proof of age may be requested. Make sure you have a valid photo ID with you.

General

• Free Wi-Fi is available in all our establishments.
• Customers must be wearing appropriate attire. Any clothing of a violent nature or associated with an organization known to be violent is prohibited.
• Loto-Québec scratch ticket distributors are not in operation at this time. You can buy lottery products at the cash desk.

Accessibility

• The Casino de Mont-Tremblant is accessible to people with limited mobility.
• Wheelchairs are available for our customers. A customer wishing to borrow a wheelchair must go to the casino’s coat check.
• Wheelchairs cannot be reserved.
• The casino cannot guarantee the availability of wheelchairs.

• The restaurant is open every Thursday to Sunday from noon to 10 p.m. and the brunch is available on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Reservations are not mandatory but recommended. Reserve here.

Bar

• The casino’s bar is currently open.
• Fast food options are available at the central bar every Thursday to Sunday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Shows

• Musical entertainment with DJ every Friday and Saturday night from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Lottery prize claim hours

• Prize of $24,999.99 or less: Contact us at 1-800-665-2274 to make an appointment. Our prize claim centre is open from the opening of the Casino until 4 p.m.
• Prize of more than $25,000: Please contact Loto-Québec’s customer service team at 1-866-611-5686 to make an appointment.
• Prize won as a traditional group (prize shared between two or more people): Currently, only prizes of $1,000 or less can be claimed by a group member at the casino, and by appointment only.
