• This offer is valid with accommodations until March 31, 2027, for coach arrivals from Sunday to Thursday inclusively, subject to availability at the Hôtel-Casino de Charlevoix entertainment complex. This offer may be requested for one-night stays on Friday and Saturday. Please check availability. Additional fees may apply.
• The organizer must hold the required permits, including a valid travel agent licence.
• This offer is for eligible groups of twenty (20) or more people (excluding the tour guide and driver) who have booked a minimum of ten (10) rooms per night, subject to the hotel’s availability.
• The bonus is paid out monthly in Canadian dollars by cheque to the order of the company, provided the decision arising from the routine checks LotoQuébec conducts is favourable and upon receipt of an invoice. The payment is for ten dollars ($10) per passenger, up to a maximum of five hundred dollars ($500) per stay, taxes included.
• This offer is only for eligible coach passengers who are members of the Casino Privilèges Club and are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• A minimum of three (3) hours per day at the casino is required, excluding the dinner period on the first day.
• Room bookings are mandatory and must be made at least thirty (30) business days in advance, as per the policies of the Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu, within the Hôtel-Casino de Charlevoix entertainment complex. The rate listed is for a Fairmont room. All group bookings are confirmed by contract with the hotel.

• This offer is for groups travelling by coach and whose destination is the Hôtel-Casino de Charlevoix entertainment complex, and it cannot be combined with other activities such as golf, train rides or skiing, except with approval from the SCQ.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion, except with approval from the SCQ.
• Limit of one (1) offer of twenty-five dollars ($25) in promotional gaming credits for the first day per eligible member per stay.
• Gaming credits cannot be withdrawn as cash, exchanged or transferred, and are valid until 11:59 p.m. on the same day once the individual plays a participating slot machine. Prior activation of the Casino Privilèges card and a PIN are required.
• This offer may be amended or cancelled without notice. Rates are in Canadian dollars.
• Loto-Québec reserves the right to amend or cancel a reservation or limit the number of coach arrivals.
• Any abuse of privileges, failure to comply with the terms and conditions or fraudulent use may void this offer and the member’s Casino Privilèges Club membership.
