  • Sunday to Thursday: 9 a.m. to midnight

    Friday and Saturday: 9 a.m. to 2 a.m.

    The casino is open on statutory holidays.

    Please take note of these changes to the casino’s hours:

    • December 30 and January 1: Open from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m.
    • December 31: Open from 9 a.m. to 3 a.m.
    • January 4: Open from 9 a.m. to midnight
  • Bell staff
    Bell staff is located at the Main Entrance of the hotel and is available until 11 p.m.

    Please note that there are two shuttles every Saturday.

      • Arrival back at the Salon de jeux de Québec: 8 p.m.

  • Prize under $2,000: You can claim your prize at the cash desk Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. or Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.

    Prize from $2,000 to $24,999.99: You can claim your prize at the cash desk Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except on statutory holidays.

    Prize of $25,000 or more, annuity, or TV contestant spot: Please contact Loto-Québec’s customer service team at 1‑866‑611‑5686 to make an appointment.

    Prize won as a traditional group (prize shared between two or more people): Only prizes of less than $2,000 can be claimed by a group member at the casino’s cash desk.

  • The Hôtel-Casino de Charlevoix is easy to get to. It’s located 150 km east of Québec City, less than a 90-minute drive from Jean-Lesage International Airport.

    Shuttle service

    Please note that our shuttle service has been suspended until further notice.

    However, exclusive shuttle service for Casino Privilèges members is available from the Salon de jeux de Québec. For more information, click here.

    Parking

    • Free outdoor parking is available. Space is limited.
    • You have to pay to park in the parking garage (P1, P2 and P3).
    • Parking lots P4 to P10 are free.
    • A taxi service is available at all times.
    • Valet parking is available at the Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu.
    • Electric car charging stations are available.
    • Please note that guests must be 18 or older to be admitted to the casino—including its bar and St-Hubert Signé Casino restaurant. Proof of age may be required at the door and when making certain purchases. Make sure to bring a photo ID. Photocopies and photos of your ID on your phone will not be accepted.
    • Customers must dress appropriately. Any clothing depicting violence or associated with any recognized violent group is prohibited.
    • See the Rules of Conduct.

    • The casino’s coat check service operates during the casino’s opening hours.
    • Backpacks, motorcycle helmets, umbrellas and other similar personal belongings are prohibited at the casino.
    • The casino cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items.

    Lost and found policy:

    We will keep commonly used items such as caps, umbrellas and lighters on our premises for 60 days. Higher-value items (e.g., jewellery, watches, computers, phones and wallets) will be kept for about a year. Staff members estimate the value of the items to the best of their knowledge.

    To recover an item, contact Security. After the periods mentioned above, items that remain unclaimed by their owners will be sent to a non-profit organization. Loto-Québec cannot be held liable for theft or damage to lost items before they were found.

  • The Hôtel-Casino de Charlevoix is accessible for guests with limited mobility.

    • Wheelchairs are available If needed. Customers who need to borrow a wheelchair can request one at coat check.
    • Wheelchairs cannot be reserved.
    • The casino cannot guarantee that a wheelchair will be available.

    Hotel

    • Service animals and household pets are accepted for a non-refundable $25 fee per night.
  • The Casino de Charlevoix boasts over 700 slot machines plus electronic gaming terminals, sports betting terminals and 9 gaming tables.

    • Although the casino provides surveillance in its parking lots, it cannot be held liable for any thefts that may occur. Therefore, we encourage you to bring as few personal belongings as possible when you come.
    • Please note that backpacks, motorcycle helmets, umbrellas, etc. are prohibited in the casino.
    • Every effort has been made to ensure your safety and that of our employees, which is why we’ve put protective and preventive measures in place that are based on recommendations issued by the Direction de la santé publique du Québec and the Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail. We encourage you to apply these measures at all times.
    • Photos or video recordings may be taken, but must respect the privacy of other customers.
    • No photos, videos or audio recordings of another person may be taken without their consent. Intrusive or abusive use is formally prohibited.
    • Unless indicated otherwise, cell phones or smartphones may not be used at gaming tables. Customers must step away from the gaming table to engage in a telephone conversation or to use their smartphone.
    • Customers must be appropriately dressed. Any clothing depicting violence or associated with any recognized violent group is prohibited.
    • Casino staff reserve the right to refuse admission to any person whose behaviour is of a nature as to interfere with public safety or disturb order, tranquillity or the activities of the casino. They may also refuse admission to any person who has been convicted of one of the indictable offences cited in section 3 of the Rules respecting conditions governing admission of the public, maintenance of public order and safety of persons in State casinos.
    • The casino uses a biometric facial recognition system as part of the self-exclusion program for individuals who have consented to their features being stored in a secure database. When a person enters the casino, the system compares the image captured by the cameras with the information contained in the database. If there is no match, the person will not be identified, and no data will be saved.
  • The Hôtel-Casino de Charlevoix resort adds a magical touch to any event with its enchanting setting and stunning view of the St. Lawrence River.
