  • Bell staff
    Bell staff is located at the Main Entrance of the hotel and is available until 11 p.m.

  • Prize under $2,000: You can claim your prize at the cash desk Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. or Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.

    Prize from $2,000 to $24,999.99: You can claim your prize at the cash desk Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except on statutory holidays.

    Prize of $25,000 or more, an annuity, or a contestant spot on TV: Please contact Loto-Québec’s customer service team at 1-866-611-5686 to make an appointment.

    Prize won as a traditional group (prize shared between two or more people): Only prizes of less than $2,000 can be claimed by a group member at the casino’s cash desk.

Interested in having a fun night out in Charlevoix? Hop aboard our shuttle at the Salon de jeux de Québec and let us drive you to the Casino de Charlevoix. It’s free!

To ride the shuttle, you must be a Casino Privilèges member and have booked your seat in person at the Customer Experience desk before departure. You can book your seat as early as the Monday before your Friday or Saturday departure. Bookings are first come, first served.

    • Outdoor parking is available.
    • You have to pay to park in the parking garage (P1, P2 and P3).
    • Parking lots P4 to P10 are free.
    • A taxi service is available at all times.
    • Valet parking is available at the Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu.

  • Coat check


    • Backpacks, motorcycle helmets, umbrellas and other similar personal belongings are prohibited at the casino.
    • The Casino de Charlevoix cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items.
    • Our coat check service is always open.

    Security


    • Access to the Casino is restricted to persons 18 years or older. Proof of age may be requested. Make sure you have a valid original photo ID with you. Photocopies and photos of your ID will not be accepted.

      • Rules of conduct

    • Free Wi-Fi is available in all our establishments.
    • Customers must be wearing appropriate attire. Any clothing of a violent nature or associated with an organization known to be violent is prohibited.
    • Loto-Québec scratch ticket distributors are not in operation at this time. You can buy lottery products at the cash desk.

    Accessibility


    • The Casino de Charlevoix is accessible to people with limited mobility.
    • Wheelchairs are available for our customers. A customer wishing to borrow a wheelchair must go to one of the casino’s coat checks.
    • Wheelchairs cannot be reserved.
    • The casino cannot guarantee the availability of wheelchairs.

  • Cash desk at the Casino


    • The following services are available at the cash desk:
      • Bank withdrawals
      • Exchange of foreign currencies (American dollars and euros) to Canadian dollars
    • Terminals are also available to complete the following transactions:
      • Bank withdrawals
      • Cashing in slips issued by slot machines
      • Cashing in Privilèges Points

  • Restaurants


    • Our dining rooms are there to welcome you. You can also take your meal to go.
