Offer Details and Conditions

This offer is valid with accommodations until March 31, 2027, for arrivals from Sunday to Thursday inclusively (subject to availabilities at Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu). This offer is for eligible groups of twenty (20) or more people (excluding the tour guide and driver) who have booked a minimum of ten (10) rooms, subject to Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu’s availabilities. For all other requests or date changes, please contact Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu or your sales representative.
This offer is only for eligible coach passengers who are members of the Casino Privilèges Club and are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Each member must first activate their Casino Privilèges card (proof of photo ID required).
A minimum of three (3) hours per day at the casino is required, not including meals.
Room bookings are mandatory and must be made at least thirty (30) business days in advance, as per Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu policies. The rate listed is for a Fairmont room. All group bookings are confirmed by contract.
This offer is for groups travelling by coach whose destination is the Casino de Charlevoix and cannot be combined with other activities such as golf, train rides or skiing.
The organizer must have a travel agent license or any other permit that may be required to receive the tour opoerator bonus.

The bonus is paid out monthly in Canadian dollars by cheque to the order of the company, provided the decision arising from the routine checks Loto-Québec conducts is favourable and upon receipt of an invoice. The payment is for ten dollars ($10) per passenger, up to a maximum of five hundred dollars ($500) per stay, taxes included.
This offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
Limit of one (1) offer of twenty dollars ($20) in gaming credits on the first day and twenty dollars ($20) in gaming credits on the second day per eligible member per stay.
Gaming credits cannot be withdrawn for cash, exchanged or transferred, and are valid until 11:59 p.m. on the same day once the individual plays a participating slot machine. Prior activation of the Casino Privilèges card and a PIN are required.
This offer may be amended or cancelled without notice. Rates are in Canadian dollars.
Loto-Québec reserves the right to amend or cancel a reservation or limit the number of coach arrivals.
Any abuse of privileges, failure to comply with the terms and conditions or fraudulent use may void this offer and the member’s Casino Privilèges Club membership.
