Here’s your best bet on how to stay safe and still have fun.
The Casino is temporarily closed.
Reduced maximum capacity
To make physical distancing easier, we’ll be limiting the number of customers in the casino to 250 at a time.
If you plan on visiting the casino, we invite you to book your visit online using our new RSVP platform.
It’s the only way to get priority access to the casino.
Please note that we will not be accepting new visitors after midnight. Only customers who are already at the casino will be allowed to stay.

Mandatory masks and face coverings
You must wear a mask or face covering in our establishment. This measure is dictated by public health authorities.
You will be required to wash/sanitize your hands at the door, in several areas of the casino and when you leave. There are hand washing/sanitizing stations at the door and hand sanitizer dispensers available throughout the casino.
Other protective measures to be observed at all times
- Stay home if you or a family member are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, or if you’ve been asked to self-isolate by public health authorities.
- Keep a safe distance of two metres from others.
- Sneeze or cough into your elbow.
- Avoid touching your nose, eyes and mouth.
- Wash your hands often.
- Throw away your used tissues immediately.
Distribution of stylus pens
You’ll be given a stylus pen at the door so that you avoid coming into contact with gaming devices.
Reconfiguration of gaming areas
Slot machines are available in accordance with physical distancing standards. The number of tables and customers per table will be limited to respect the mandatory distance of two metres between you and others. When this distance cannot be maintained, protective screens have been installed so that you do not come into contact with others. For all table games: you will not be able to touch any gaming equipment, including cards and chips. Lastly, Keno and poker are closed.

We’ve limited and adapted our range of products and services to comply with the hygiene and physical distancing guidelines issued by government authorities.
Posters and signage
Throughout the casino, you’ll see signage indicating the hygiene and physical distancing measures to be observed. It’s important to follow the signs to ensure your own safety and that of others. For example, kindly respect the maximum number of people in an elevator and in the washrooms, or the directional arrows when moving around the casino.
Installation of protective screens
To ensure your safety and that of our employees, our various counters (e.g. our customer service counter) have been fitted with protective screens.
Sanitary measures and cleaning
During business hours, strict sanitary measures will be applied at all our customer contact points.
In addition, surfaces will be cleaned daily to the highest hygiene standards, and the frequency has been increased.
Cleaning of chips
Note that measures have been put in place to ensure that chips are washed and disinfected once a day.
Our employees are bound by strict hygiene rules to provide you with the safest possible service. Before coming in to work, our employees are required to complete a health self-assessment questionnaire.
In terms of responsible gaming, all of our services will remain available.
