Temporary closure

Following the recommendations from public health officials, the government has decided to close all Québec's casinos and Salons de jeux for an undetermined period of time in order to limit the spread of COVID-19.

Accommodation

 

The Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu  remains open

Bookings will be honoured.

Regular services are still available, except for the restaurants, the gym and the spa, which are closed due to government regulations.

 

Will hotel promotions and room reservation offers received by email be honoured? 

Yes. All current Casino Privilèges offers are still valid. They’ll end as planned: on December 22, 2021, at the Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu (stays until June 9, 2022).

 

Dining

  • Casino restaurants are closed. However, the St-Hubert take-out counter at the Casino de Charlevoix remains open (week days from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and weekends from noon to 8 p.m.). You have to place your order on site.
  • The Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu’s Le Saint-Laurent and Bellerive restaurants are temporarily closed (information/reservations: 418-665-3703). Le Point Cardinal restaurant remains temporarily closed.
  • Room service is available.

 

Claiming a lottery prize at a casino or gaming hall

  • Our gaming locations are currently closed, including for the payout of lottery prizes. Our Montréal and Quebec City prize claim offices are still open, but by appointment only.
  • For the time being, the best way to claim a prize is by mail (the address is on the back of your ticket
  • You can also claim prizes amounting to $600 or less at a retailer.
  • To make an appointment with a prize claim office, you have to call our customer service team at 1-866-611-5686 (Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.).

 

Tokens and TITO vouchers

Keep all tokens and TITO vouchers in your possession. You’ll be able to use them or have them refunded when our establishments reopen.

What will happen with the current Casino Privilèges promotions?

We’re aware that the closure of casinos will result in a number of changes to the current lineup of Casino Privilèges activities. To be the first to know, we invite you to subscribe to our Casino Privilèges mailing list at https://casinoprivileges.lotoquebec.com, if you haven’t already.

 

 

Will Privilèges Points and/or comps from a gaming table that are currently in my Casino Privilèges file expire before the casino reopens?  

  • No Privilèges Points will expire during the closure. All your points will be available when the casinos reopen.
  • Unused comps from gaming tables won’t expire during the closure either.

 

 

Is it possible to use or collect Privilèges Points on lotoquebec.com? 

At the moment, it’s not possible to transfer Privilèges Points earned at the casino to your online account. However, you can enter our Casino Promo Points promotion on lotoquebec.com, which allows you to earn Free Bets based on the number of points you rack up while playing eligible casino games.
