General Questions
Why are you limiting admission to the casino to ticket holders?
We’re doing this to control traffic flow and ensure that guests can move around safely and with ease. We want guests to have the best possible experience while they’re here.
Is admission to this event free?
No. Customers must purchase tickets online to be admitted to the event.
Is there a dress code?
Customers must dress appropriately. Jeans are allowed, but clothing of a violent nature or associated with an organization known to be violent won’t be allowed.
Ticket Sales
How can I get a ticket before the event?
Members of the Casino Privilèges Club will be emailed a link to pre-sale tickets from November 17 to December 3.
How can I get a ticket?
Starting December 4, tickets will go on sale to the general public via Ticketmaster.
Is there another way I can buy tickets if I can’t buy them via Ticketmaster?
Tickets can be purchased at the Théâtre du Casino box office during opening hours.
From November 17 to December 3, Casino Privilèges Club members can bring their membership card to the box office to get pre‑sale tickets.
Will Casino Privilèges members be able to purchase discount tickets after the pre‑sale?
No.
Is there a maximum number of tickets per person?
Yes. An individual can purchase a maximum of six tickets.
Are tickets refundable?
No. There are no refunds on tickets.
Can a customer without a ticket be admitted to the casino?
No. Only individuals with a ticket will be admitted to the casino between 4 p.m. and 12:30 a.m.
Will I be able to purchase a ticket at the casino doors on the night of?
No.
Arriving at the Casino
At what time will you start limiting admission to the casino?
Starting at 4 p.m., we’ll only be admitting ticket holders. The casino will be open to the general public, as and when space becomes available, starting at 12:30 am.
Will there be free parking?
Yes.

How can I RSVP for the buffet meal at the casino?
No reservations are required. First come, first served!
Will customers who don’t have an “Experience with Meal” ticket be able to eat at the casino?
Yes. All our bars will be serving pizza.
