How do I get my tickets?
- Mobile – Free: your phone's your ticket. Locate your tickets in your account - or in your app. When you go mobile, your tickets will not be emailed to you or available for print;
- Mail - $5.00: your tickets will be delivered by regular mail and should arrive within 14 business days after purchase date;
- Will Call – $5.00$: tickets held at Will Call can only be retrieved by the cardholder with original credit card of purchase and a valid photo ID.

In person at the Theatre du Casino du Lac‑Leamy Box Office – ONLY ON SHOW DAYS
The Théâtre du Casino du Lac-Leamy box office is located in the left corridor when you enter the casino by the main entrance.
The on-site box office is open only on show days, from noon until 30 minutes after the start of the show.
The box office accepts the following payment methods:
- Debit cards
- Credit cards
- Casino gift certificates
Cash payments are no longer accepted
Special note: The Théâtre du Casino du Lac-Leamy is accessible to people 18 +, except on specific shows.
An original ID card is required at the entrance of the Casino. (Electronic copies are not accepted)
Dinner & Show Package
Elevate your theatre experience with a delightful dinner at our restaurants.
Banco
- Three-course dinner: $58 ($38.20 + gratuity + taxes + ticketing fees). Arrive between 4:30 p.m. and 5 p.m.
Arôme
- Two-course dinner: $94 ($61.91 + gratuity + taxes + ticketing fees). Arrive between 5 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
How to book a Dinner & Show package
- Select the show you’d like to see.
- Click on “Find tickets” and select your seats.
- Once you’ve selected your seats, click on “Next.” Additional options will be displayed.
- Choose the Dinner & Show package at the restaurant of your choice, then proceed to checkout.
- Please note that you’ll be issued a ticket for the show, and another ticket for dinner.
The Dinner & Show package is valid only at the selected restaurant, on the selected date and at the indicated time.
No refunds or postponements will be granted.
Please note that Banco Bistro guests must be 18 or older. You may be asked to show a photo ID upon arrival.
The online menus may differ from those at the restaurant.
