Sunday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 a.m.

Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 a.m.

You are no longer required to wear a face mask. Please be mindful of others around you.

Health measures

The Québec government and public health authorities recently announced that most of the COVID‑19 restrictions, including mandatory face masks, are lifted on May 14.  

The Casino de Montréal will continue to adhere to the public health guidelines still in place.

  • Parking


    • Free indoor and outdoor parking is available. Space is limited.
    • Public transit and a taxi service are available at all times. We invite you to use them to get to the casino.
    • Valet parking is available for guests of the Hilton Lac-Leamy Hotel.

    Coat checks


    • A self-service coat check is at your disposal.
    • Backpacks, motorcycle helmets, umbrellas and other similar personal belongings are prohibited at the casino.
    • The Casino du Lac-Leamy cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items.

    Security


    • Access to the Casino du Lac-Leamy is restricted to persons 18 years or older. Proof of age may be requested. Make sure you have a valid photo ID with you.

    General


    • Free Wi-Fi is available in all our establishments.
    • Customers must be wearing appropriate attire. Any clothing of a violent nature or associated with an organization known to be violent is prohibited.
    • Loto-Québec scratch ticket distributors are not in operation at this time. You can buy lottery products at the cash desk.

    Accessibility


    • The Casino du Lac-Leamy is accessible to people with limited mobility.
    • Wheelchairs are available for our customers. A customer wishing to borrow a wheelchair must go to the casino’s coat check.
    • Wheelchairs cannot be reserved.
    • The casino cannot guarantee the availability of wheelchairs.
    • We’ve maximized our gaming options while respecting the public health rules. This way, you have access to a wide variety of games.

    Slot machines


    • Slot machines are available in accordance with physical distancing standards.

    Gaming tables


    • Handling chips and cards is permitted again.
    • You can leave a gaming table with your chips in hand.

    Cash desk


    • Our cash desk and terminals are open.
    • The following services are available at the cash desk:
      • Bank withdrawals
      • Exchange of foreign currencies (American dollars and euros) to Canadian dollars
    • Terminals are also available to complete the following transactions:
      • Bank withdrawals
      • Cashing in slips issued by slot machines
      • Cashing in Privilèges Points
  • Restaurants


    • The restaurants are opening gradually. Find out about Casino du Lac-Leamy’s current dining offer.
    • Reservations* are not mandatory but recommended.
      *The Arôme restaurant does not take reservations.
    • Our protective and preventive measures comply with the recommendations of the Direction de la santé publique du Québec and the Commission des normes, de l'équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CNESST).

    Bars


    • The bars are open. Except Alea nightclub.
    • Musical entertainment (bands on site) every Friday and Saturday.

    You must make an appointment to claim your prize at the Casino du Lac-Leamy prize claim centre.


    Lottery prize claim hours


    • Prize of $24,999.99 or less: Contact us at 1-800-665-2274 to make an appointment. Our prize claim centre is open every day from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
    • Prize of more than $25,000: Please contact Loto-Québec’s customer service team at 1-866-611-5686 to make an appointment.
    • Prize won as a traditional group (prize shared between two or more people): Currently, only prizes of $1,000 or less can be claimed by a group member at the casino, and by appointment only. The payout of prizes of more than $1,000 won by a group is temporarily suspended. To find out how to claim a prize as a group, visit Prize claims – Lotteries – Loto-Québec (lotoquebec.com).
