How do I get my tickets?
- Mobile – Free: your phone's your ticket. Locate your tickets in your account - or in your app. When you go mobile, your tickets will not be emailed to you or available for print;
- Mail - $5.00: your tickets will be delivered by regular mail and should arrive within 14 business days after purchase date;
- Will Call – $5.00$: tickets held at Will Call can only be retrieved by the cardholder with original credit card of purchase and a valid photo ID.

Counter service schedule:
Monday to Friday: 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., or until half an hour after the last show of the day begins.
Saturday: 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., or until half an hour after the last show of the day begins.
Sundays and public holidays: variable, depending on show schedule. Counter service closed if there is no show.

Access to Cabaret du Casino is restricted to patrons 18 and over. Proof of age may be requested.
Accessibility
A maximum of eight persons in wheelchairs per show can be accommodated in the hall, in the orchestra section only. Please let us know at the time of ticket purchase. A system for the hearing impaired is also available upon request at the reception desk. For people who bring their own device, the frequency is 216 MHz.
