  • Getting to the Casino

    Looking for the best way to get to the Casino de Montréal? Whether you wish to travel by car, mass transit or the shuttle, you’ll find what you need in this section.
    Located in Jean-Drapeau Park across from Montréal’s Old Port, the Casino is easily accessible by car or public transit. Please note that our shuttle service has been suspended until further notice.

    Public transit

    • To go to the casino from the Jean-Drapeau metro station, take the 777 westbound bus. Departures are every 15 minutes or less.
    • To go to the casino from the Bonaventure metro station, take the 777 eastbound bus.
    • To return to the Jean-Drapeau metro station from the casino, take the 777 eastbound bus.
    • To return to the Bonaventure metro station or to Central Station, take the 777 westbound bus.

    • Free indoor and outdoor parking is available. Space is limited.
    • There is no valet parking.
  • Coat checks

    • If you use the parking garage, we ask that you leave your personal belongings in your car.
    • If you’re taking the bus or metro to our establishment, you may use the coat check reserved for public transit users.
    • Backpacks, motorcycle helmets, umbrellas and other similar personal belongings are prohibited at the casino.
    • The Casino de Montréal cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items.


    • Access to the Casino de Montréal is restricted to persons 18 years or older. Proof of age may be requested. Make sure you have a valid original photo ID with you. Photocopies and photos of your ID will not be accepted.


    • Free Wi-Fi is available in all our establishments.
    • Customers must be wearing appropriate attire. Any clothing of a violent nature or associated with an organization known to be violent is prohibited.


    • The Casino de Montréal is accessible to people with limited mobility.
    • Wheelchairs are available for our customers. A customer wishing to borrow a wheelchair must see a security guard at any of the casino’s entrances.
    • Wheelchairs cannot be reserved.
    • The casino cannot guarantee the availability of wheelchairs.
    • We’ve maximized our gaming options while respecting the public health rules. This way, you have access to a wide variety of games.

    Slot machines

    • The slot machines available meet physical distancing requirements.

    Gaming tables

    • Handling chips and cards is permitted again.
    • You can now leave a gaming table with your chips in hand.

    Salon Ok Poker

    • The OK POKER Room is open, and located on the A level of the Pavillon de la France.
    • Gradual resumption of activities: 8 gaming tables now open.

    Cash desk

    • Our cash desk and terminals are open.
    • The following services are available at the cash desk:
      • Bank withdrawals
      • Exchange of foreign currencies (American dollars and euros) to Canadian dollars
    • Terminals are also available to complete the following transactions:

    • Pavillon 67 tables are available by reservation only.
    • Our protective and preventive measures comply with the recommendations of the Direction de la santé publique du Québec and the Commission des normes, de l'équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CNESST).


    • The numbers of bars open and their hours of operation vary according to traffic.


    • The Cabaret du Casino de Montréal is open. Check out the upcoming lineup and buy tickets on Ticketmaster.
    • Public health rules for performance venues apply to the Cabaret du Casino de Montréal.

    The Casino’s boutique is temporarily closed.

    You must make an appointment to claim your prize at the Casino de Montréal prize claim centre.

    • Prize of $600 to $24,999.99: Contact us at 1-800-665-2274 to make an appointment.
    • Prize of more than $25,000: Please contact Loto-Québec’s customer service team at 1-866-611-5686 to make an appointment.
    • Prize won as a traditional group (prize shared between two or more people): Currently, only prizes of less than $2,000 can be claimed by a group member at the casino, and by appointment only. The payout of prizes of $2,000 and more for, at least, one member of the group is temporarily suspended.
