General Questions
Why are you limiting admission to the casino to ticket holders?
We’re doing this to control traffic flow and ensure that guests can move around safely and with ease. We want guests to have the best possible experience while they’re here.
Is admission to this event free?
No. Customers must purchase tickets online to be admitted to the event.
Is there a dress code?
Customers must dress appropriately. Jeans are allowed, but clothing of a violent nature or associated with an organization known to be violent won’t be allowed.
Ticket Sales
How can I get a ticket before the event?
Tickets will go on sale to the general public via Ticketmaster on December 1.
How can I get a presale ticket?
Casino Privilèges members will be emailed a link to buy reduced presale tickets. They’ll be able to access this link from November 13 to 30.
How do I take advantage of the presale if I’m not a Casino Privilèges member?
To take advantage of the presale, you’ll need to sign up for the Casino Privilèges Club at one of our gaming locations and subscribe to the newsletter by November 10.
To get the member discount, you’ll need to use the link in the invitation email you receive on November 13, before tickets go on sale to the general public on December 1.
Is there another way I can buy tickets if I can’t buy them via Ticketmaster?
Tickets can be purchased at the Cabaret du Casino de Montréal box office during opening hours.
Casino Privilèges members can purchase presale tickets at the Cabaret du Casino de Montréal box office between November 13 and 30. They must present their membership card to do so.
Will Casino Privilèges members be able to purchase discount tickets after the presale?
No.
Is there a maximum number of tickets per person?
Yes. An individual can purchase a maximum of six tickets.
Is the ticket also good at another casino?
No, tickets are only valid at the casino for which they were purchased.
Are tickets refundable?
No. There are no refunds on tickets.
Can a customer without a ticket be admitted to the casino?
No. Only individuals with a ticket will be admitted to the casino between 1 p.m. and 12:30 a.m. Others will be admitted afterward.
Will I be able to purchase a ticket at the casino doors on the night of?
No.
Arriving at the Casino
At what time will you start limiting admission to the casino?
Starting at 1 p.m., we’ll only be admitting ticket holders. The casino will be open to the general public, as and when space becomes available, starting at 12:30 a.m.
Will parking be free?
Yes.
Dining
How do I make reservations for tickets that come with a meal?
When making your reservation, select the Experience with Buffet or the Le Montréal Gourmet Experience.
You will then need to select a time slot for your meal as part of the Ticketmaster purchasing process.
Will customers who don’t have an Experience ticket that includes a meal be able to eat at the casino?
Yes, additional food will also be available for purchase from 11 a.m. to 3:30 a.m. at L’Instant restaurant.
