Yes, people with impaired mobility can access the Casino de Montréal. All floors and all games are accessible, except the ARcade by Moment Factory games, as their technology doesn’t allow people with impaired mobility to play.

There are some 20 traditional arcade games on the same floor, such as Twister, Crazy Tower, Connect 4 and NFS Heat Takedown. These are what we call fun games.

Yes, there’s a bar in the ARcade area, which serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. And DJs are there on special nights!

Yes, you can book and pay on-site, with a debit or credit card. An attendant can assist you if needed.

A credit card is essential to book a time slot, whether online or on-site. It’s the only payment method available. But you can pay with a debit card on-site.

$15 for a 30-minute time slot + taxes* and fees**
$25 for a 60-minute time slot + taxes* and fees**

*Taxes: GST + QST

**Service fees: $0.99 per ticket 

Credit card transaction fees: 2.9%.

30-minute time slot: minimum of 4 players
We recommend 4 to 12 players.

60-minute time slot: minimum of 6 players
We recommend 8 to 20 players.

Considering that between 2 and 6 players can play at a time, the number of games played depends on the group’s size.

You can add or remove a player by calling the Lepointdevente.com customer service team at 1‑855‑550‑7469 or emailing them at info@lepointdevente.com. But you must do so at least 48 hours before the date and time of your reservation.

If you haven’t reached the maximum number of players, you can also add a player on-site. Make sure you finalize the transaction before your time slot starts. Just ask the attendant.

Yes. But you have to book another time slot of the same length (30 or 60 minutes).

If another time slot is available on the same day, you can change the time of your reservation by calling the Lepointdevente.com customer service team at 1-855-550-7469. Your reservation will then be cancelled, and you’ll have to make another one, as well as pay the service fees ($0.99 per ticket) and transaction fees (2.9%) again.

To do so, you’ll have to cancel your reservation and make a new one, at least 48 hours ahead of time, by calling Lepointdevente.com at 1‑855‑550‑7469. Please note that service and credit card transaction fees are not refunded if you cancel your reservation.

Once you’re on-site, you can extend your experience by 30 or 60 minutes if the time slot is available. Check with the attendant. On the other hand, once you’re on-site, you can’t change your time slot for a shorter one.

We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation, so you have the time to leave your personal belongings in a locker and get the instructions before playing. 

You don’t need to buy a ticket to watch people play. Simply head over to the first floor of the Pavillon du Québec and take in the fun!

Depending on the game you choose, you’ll need between 4 and 8 credits.

The gaming credits are sold as follows:
$15 = 60 gaming credits
$25 = 100 gaming credits + 40 bonus credits
$35 = 140 gaming credits + 100 bonus credits

You can use your left-over credits the next time you play the games.

Since you’ll be moving around, we suggest that you wear running shoes and dress casually. Please note that any clothing of a violent nature or associated with an organization known to be violent is prohibited. If you have long hair, bring something to tie it up—it gets warm when playing!

The game will start on time, according to the reservation. If you’re late, you’ll still be able to play for the time remaining in the reservation. No additional time will be granted.

Yes, you can choose to play in English or French.

No. Only your group plays during the time slot that you have booked.

Talk to the on-site attendant who will tell you about the policy on technical difficulties.

You won’t be refunded.

Yes, food service is available when the bar is open. There will be varied options. See the Menu

If you must cancel your ARcade reservation, you’ll have to inform us at least 48 hours ahead of time to get a refund on your credit card. If you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation, you will not be refunded. Note that, in either case, the service ($0.99 per ticket) and transaction (2.9%)  fees paid at the time of the online transaction are not refunded. 

Gaming-credit cards can be reloaded but are not refundable. You can keep yours for an eventual visit or drop it into one of the designated recycling bins on the floor.
